What materials do you use?
We use HIGH QUALITY materials to include genuine & vegan leathers, suede, wood, clay, acrylic and metals. Earring hardware is hypoallergenic and/or lead & nickel free. Sterling silver or gold hardware is available as a “custom” request with a slightly longer turn around time.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are NOT offered due to the hygienic risk involved. However, should you experience any problems with your order, please contact us right away (within 5 days of receiving) so we can make it right! We want you to be happy with your purchase/service!
How long before my order arrives?
Orders will ship in 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Custom items will ship within 5 business days.
All orders will ship via USPS with an average delivery of 2-5 business days.
For wholesale, large orders, local pick up or delivery options - please contact us.
How much is shipping?
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $35.00 - no code or coupon needed. All other purchases will have a flat shipping fee of only $4.50. Shipping confirmation is provided with every order, however Heartisn is not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost or damaged packages during transit.
What if an item I want is "out of stock"?
Keeping one of a kind as our focus, MOST items offered in our shop are “one & only” items. However, slight variations may be made to make a similar piece(s). Please contact us if an "out of stock" item is a must have to discuss how we can make that happen.
Can I request a custom order?
We are very interested in knowing what you have in mind so please reach out to us with your custom order requests. Not all custom orders can/will be fulfilled due to various limitations. Please contact us for wholesale information.
How do I care for my earrings/accessories?
Accessories should be the last thing you put on before heading out the door. AVOID exposure to moisture, makeup and personal care products as these can accelerate tarnishing of the metals and damage to fabrics.
How do I store my earrings/accessories?
It's recommended to store your accessories on a dry flat surface or hang them if possible. Store outside of the bathroom or any other places with excess humidity to prevent damage to fabrics and findings.
